We do appraisals in the following counties: Wake, Durham, Orange, Johnston, Harnett, Chatham, Granville, and Franklin.

Our fees for the URAR (1004) are normally $450 (or $500 with MC form), but will increase depending on the distance, square footage, complexity, of the subject and size of the subject's land.

We also do Exterior-Only (2055), FHA, Comparable Rent Schedule (1007), Operating Income Statement (216), Small Residential Income Property Report (1025), ERC, Condominium (1073), Exterior-Only Condominium (1075), Update/Completioin (1004D), and Land Reports. We'll give fees on the above upon request.
